The hotel is located right on the beach, making it very convenient for beach lovers like me. The breakfast selection was extensive and they even extended the serving time, which was great for those who like to sleep in. The staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the nice atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep.

It was a lovely 4 star hotel, brilliant breakfast, excellent facilities. The reception staff were very helpful.

The Marina d'Or resort and hotel is mainly used by spanish families so the staff and local restaurants don't speak brilliant English, perfect if you want to practice your Spanish though. We used the hotel as we were staying at the local Benicassim festival and I'd use it again for this purpose but not for a general holiday.

Everything was nice there, including location and food. Hotel was 3 km away from a nuestros patronos.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right by the beach and in a bustling tourist area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and ensuring the rooms were kept clean and tidy. The hotel also had a variety of amenities, such as a spa and wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and even a night club. It was a great place to relax and have fun!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Everything from the location, to the service, to the amenities, was top-notch.

Ideal for us as we went to Benicassim Festival (down fall was 50 euro for shuttle bus each) thought they may have put a free one to the festival and back but all round great hotel. Loively pool not far from beach would stay again :-)

The room was cleaned each day to a very high standard, and was very well air-conditioned. Cosy beds and no trouble sleeping.

The hotel itself is fine. The breakfasts were a little substandard - quite greasy, and the cooked foods were cold by the time they reached the buffet. The maitre'd was quite rude and uninterested. Spoken English overall was poor, with a couple of exceptions. Considering many of the guests were there for the festival at Benicassim few of the staff seemed to have any idea about local transport or showed willingness to assist. This was frustrating, as the transport links to and from the festival to the hotel were very poor after 4:20pm. I would recommend the hotel, but not if you're visiting for the festival.

We stayed at a hotel during Christmas, and the hotel was illuminated with beautiful lights and decorations, making it feel very festive. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra towels when we needed them. the location was great, with easy access to shops and restaurants.

The hotel felt outdated and in need of a makeover. the carpets were worn and stained, and the furniture was old.

Close to beach, and relatively close to Benicassim

Check-in was slow. Reception staff didn't know that taxi services after fib festival would be non-existent and advised that getting a taxi to Valencia would be no problem - which was not the case.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem with a leaking air conditioning unit but it was quickly repaired. The stay was very stress free and both the immediate location and the surrounding towns and villages were great to visit.
